How do I file a complaint?
You can submit a complaint by email or by phone. At the bottom of this page you will find our email address and telephone number.

Note: If you submit a complaint by email, you will not receive a confirmation of receipt.

Complaint about a product
If you are not satisfied with a product supplied by us, please contact our customer service. Our customer service will inform you within no more than three days about what action you have to take regarding your complaint.

If we request you to return the product, we will inform you within 7 days after the product has been returned whether we declare the complaint founded or not. If we declare the complaint well-founded, we will ensure that your complaint is solved as soon as possible.

Complaint about our services
If you are not satisfied with our services, you can submit a complaint to our customer service. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
