Orders

You can order in Barberstore in two ways:

 

1.1 Without an account

You can order on Barberstore.eu without having to register in advance. You can add the products in your shopping cart and if you have everything, you can click on the ‘shopping cart’ button at the top right. You can then fill in your address and payment method after confirming your order. After the payment has been completed you will receive a confirmation email.

 

1.2 With an account

Log in to the website by clicking on the ‘my account’ button at the top right. No account yet? Then click here. After you have logged in, search for the right products, enter the number and press ‘add to shopping cart’. After this you can continue shopping or go to your shopping cart to complete the order. Then choose a shipping method, followed by the payment method and confirmation of your order. You can then pay for your order.

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Our customer service will then change or cancel your order and inform you about the next steps you have to take. For orders placed during working days, we always recommend calling. This is to prevent that your order has already been shipped and you have to place a new order. If you still want to cancel your order after shipping, the return costs are at your own expense.

 

Do all prices mentioned include VAT?

All prices listed on the site include VAT. So this is the price you pay for the products. Any shipping costs will be mentioned later in the ordering process. More information about shipping can be found on our delivery page.

 

Does Barberstore use coupon codes or other discount promotions?

Barberstore.eu uses low prices as standard. In addition, there are various (discount) promotions. Keep an eye on our website, newsletter and facebook page.

 

I have received a discount code. Where can I enter it?

You can enter discount codes or coupon codes at the first step of the ordering process. Add desired products in the shopping cart and proceed to the shopping cart. Here you can enter the code on the left, under the products. The system will make clear whether the code is correct or not. In the next step of the ordering process you will see that the code has been processed and you have received the discount. Discount codes always have an expiry date. The expiry date will be stated when you receive the discount code.
