How do I return a product?

For an order at Barberstore a trial period of 14 days after receipt of the products applies. Always check your order immediately for damage and completeness. If something is wrong, please contact our customer service.

You can return the product by returning it to us with a completed return form. You can find the return form here. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling your purchase. When you are not able to print, please place a note in de box to inform us of your return. We will contact you as soon as possible about further processing. We don't expect exchanges. We don't accept exchanges. If you want an other product than received, please return it to us and place a new order.

What are the conditions for returns?

If you are not satisfied with your produxt, you can return it to us. We set the following conditions for returning products:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the product. After that notification you have 14 days more to send the product back to us.
  • The product has to be complete.
  • Send the product in the - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging.
  • Sent the product to us with a completed return form. Here you will find the return form.

Cosmetics products such as shampoo, hair gel, hair wax, hair straighteners, trimmers, clipper, hairbrushes and Balmain hairextensions are exempt from the right of return when the sealing is broken. These products are not suitable for reasons of hygiene to be returned if the seal is broken after delivery.

When we received the product we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about what we do with your return. The costs for returning are initially for you. If it turns out that we have made a mistake, we will also bear the costs of return shipping

What are the costs for returns?

The shipping costs depend on the shipping company with which you send the product. If we have sent a wrong product or it has been damaged during transport, please notify us. We will reimburse the return costs. If you have ordered something wrong yourself, the costs of returning it will be at your expense.

When do I get my money back?

We try to transfer your money back within 2 working days after receiving it. For payments with credit card this can take up to 5 working days due to the processing time of our payment system and the credit card company. In other words, as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after termination, you will receive the full purchase price, including any standard shipping costs for the return shipment from us. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back or you may prove that you have returned the goods. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay. If you return only part of the order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

What are the warranty conditions?

A legal warranty applies to all products we sell. This means that you, as consumer, can assume that the product you buy from us does or is what you can reasonably expect from it. More information about the legal guarantee can be found on the website of the national government, among others.

In addition to the legal warranty, there are products for which an additional warranty is given. In that case this will be stated with the product. This additional warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
