We do not ship to Norway, because our products cannot be imported there.
* This is the time that the package is on the way when it leaves our premises. We always try to send the package immediately, but unfortunately this is not always possible. You will then be notified within two days.
Can I track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a track and trace code from us by email. This code is active from 20:00 the same evening and from that moment you can also follow your package on the PostNL website.
I have not yet received my package
For questions about shipment of your package, you can always contact our customer service. You can always use the track and trace code to see where the package is located. Please contact us and not directly with PostNL. They often cannot help you
I received the package, but something went wrong
Please contact our customer service and we will work with you to find the best solution. Always contact us within 14 days after you have received the package.
Who delivers the package?
In the Netherlands PostNL delivers all our packages. In other countries, the packages are handed over to local or international shipping companies.
